The company directors and senior managers all have extensive experience in the fuel industry.

Chief executive officer Brent Watts managed Afgri's fuel division, controlling 110 million litres of diesel and 43 million litres of petrol. He also worked closely with a number of the Black Empowerment companies in the industry, getting to understand the available challenges and opportunities.

Tanya Watts is a non-executive director. She previously performed an executive role; therefore she still makes a valuable contribution as she understands the administrative, supply and marketing side of the business very well.

Operations director Henry Erasmus has been involved in the petroleum industry for 16 years in the Limpopo Region and is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable people in the petroleum industry.

Dennis Shepherd is the managing director of Brent Oil Cape. He was a senior manager at Sasol earlier in his career and later became commercial director for Afgri Requisites where he was responsible inter alia for the procurement of all fuel and lubricants.

Nigel Fox is the managing director of the Eastern Cape region. He has extensive experience in the fuel and lubricant business.

Pierre van Niekerk is the managing director of Brent Oil Africa, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brent Oil (Pty) Ltd. His role is to implement African initiatives, initially focusing on Zimbabwe.

He has contracted Brent Oil Africa to receive export product directly from international refineries in the USA and Middle East and supplies product to Zimbabwe via Beira and the Msasa Depot in Zimbabwe to the marketplace. The Brent Oil Office in Harare takes care of the marketing and distribution activities.

Most of the other managers and all agents who provide services throughout South Africa have extensive experience in fuel distribution and management.
